Alliance level just dropped to 1

We are alliance level 7, but when I just logged in it says we are now level 1. I've restarted, no change. Others in the alliance have confirmed. I contacted customer service, just wondering if anyone else has seen this?

We are level 6 on perks and it has been dropping to 1 ...returning to 6 and going back an forth all the time. People are having problems logging on as well. I think the servers are unwell. We are based in Europe.

Yeah, that happens to us too. We are perk 8 alliance but changed to perk 1 !! Hope this bug be fixed soon!!

Same, went from level 6 (almost 7) to level 1. Confirmed perks are gone when I donated some knights and they were not upgraded to industrial tanks, and didn't receive refund. We are about to start a war and our opponents are not affected, still level 8

Our alliance also had it. Unfortunately for us, we finished a war and the alliance exp was attached while we were level 1. Our leader will lodge a customer support ticket.

Please fix this issue. My alliance was at level 6, and it just dropped to level 1. We just started a new war and we're against an alliance at level 6!

We were also 6 almost 7- it bounced back and forth all day between 1 and 6 now it's at 1. And the war we just won got applied at 1.... instead of being added towards getting to 7

Same thing happened to us at The 1st Dynasty. We are lvl 8. When we logged tonight we were at lvl 1. Then, back at lvl 8. Few minutes later, lvl 1 again. Now, we are stuck at lvl 1 and unable to start a WW.

Same here, we dropped from 7 to 1.
strangely I had two congratulation messages yesterday while being online. The first a congrat for level 1 ( and I thought wtf), then seconds later a congrats on level 7 (and I thought thank god). And when waking up after war loose against sandbaggers a new message on level 1. Sadly no second one so far that congrats on 7 again.

A few moments later, the war began, and the enemy was unaffected by this error.
The customer center should not be contacted, but we should play games that are scheduled to be lost in error.
Why should we be affected by these errors, and why is there still no notice of this?
