parliament once locked has a fire.rage.of.10 it fires range 3 sometimes 5 but never 10 its the most powerful base defense and has been broken since its release over a year ago , I've brought it to customer service who said they were aware a year ago that was GM raff then 4 months 2 updates I mentioned it again gm raff said can't get it in due to timeliness for updates and events? so I posted here same day @Harlems369th saw nothing happened we are now 7 updates past that point and nothing has been resolved

Did you seriously expect the bug to be fixed when you upgrade to level 7? The crowns were spent pointlessly.

But I agree with you that it is annoying when info window and reality do not match

yes actually because GM raff and another gm said rhey were aware of the issue when I started talking about the 10 range bug I checked in 3 months ago same answer now parliament goes to level 7 meaning they added code to parliament why should I not expect a year's long bug to be fixed

For the exact same reason that the multi-year (like 3-4) long bug of the University alliance speed up requests disappearing from chat has never been fixed, despite players complaining about it and reporting it since the beginning. Or a number of other bugs that have never been fixed. Clearly BHG really doesn’t give a shit about fixing well known issues that impact the game and trying to make it better. All they care about is pumping out as many $99 events and ridiculously overpriced “sales” as they possibly can.
