Alliance level just dropped to 1

We are alliance level 7, but when I just logged in it says we are now level 1. I've restarted, no change. Others in the alliance have confirmed. I contacted customer service, just wondering if anyone else has seen this?

Same thing has happened to us, War Doctors. Gone from 8 to 1. Our response so far has been to stop playing War. As a result those of us who spend money on the game have stopped doing that too. The break is quite enjoyable and with the money we save we are buying more beer. However if the problem lasts or isn’t fixed appropriately we’ll have the time to explore other games.

Same here. First continuously switching from perk 6 to 1 and vice versa. Now we are stuck on level 1, should be 6. Auto updating donated troops doesnt work anymore. Alliance Nederlands Hoop, please fix asap!

UPDATE: CS responded in-game to say the issue is being worked on and they will notify me there when fixed. I assume they’ve responded similarly to other such CS requests.

A good many in our alliance activated premium buildings in the last few days. Since it puts us at a severe disadvantage to war at level 1 perks, we are not searching, and thus our buildings are wasted. I hope BHG can give us compensation for this lost time, but I'm sure they won't.

Our Alliance, GTD Alliance, had the same problem, we were at level 4, then we got a bunch of notes about going from level 1 and 4 and now we're back down to level 1. Please fix this bug, it's happening too much, Nexon.

Our alliance is having this problem too. It went from lvl 6 to 1. It's causing an unfair disadvantage, since only some alliances were targeted. If this doesn't get resolved, I guess everyone will just leave the alliance. Way to break communities!
