Alliance level just dropped to 1

We are alliance level 7, but when I just logged in it says we are now level 1. I've restarted, no change. Others in the alliance have confirmed. I contacted customer service, just wondering if anyone else has seen this?

Our perk level dropped from 6 to 1..yesterday..There was a screen message picture before this happened. Does not make sense...saying you have reached level 1 and the next level is 7 ...10% more hitpoints....Temujin Alliance

Our alliance appears to be fixed, with exp retroactive to what it was when the issue arose. We lost the exp gained in the current war but this works.

Unfortunately our alliance (No Limits) is still on Level 2 instead of nearby level 9

Being restored to your points before the issue might work for you, but we were less than 200 AXP from advancing to level 7, and earned 400 during the war we had to play at level 1 (while our opponents kept their level 8). We put extra resources into battles to win. I want those AXP dammit!

My alliance was also dropped from level 6 down to level 1 with zero experience. When it happened I received the "congratulations" message for reaching level 1, then another for reaching level 6, back and forth, and eventually settled at level 1 finally.

I checked the known issues list and I do not see this, however it seems to be happening to many people, including some of the top ranked alliances if you check the top of the leaderboards.

I think the important question we are all asking is: Will the affected alliances receive the XP that they have earned, or is it lost forever and need to be earned again?

It would be nice if this issue was at least acknowledged. As it is, we don't know if we are going to be able to count on keeping the alliance XP we earn or if our alliances dropping to level 1 periodically is just going to be a thing that happens to us.

We were less than 100 from leveling also, so I understand the frustration as our war exp did not apply.

For those of you who have not been restored, did you happen to have screenshots of your level / exp beforehand, or have your alliance leader lodge a customer support ticket?
