Alliance perk Reset unrightfully ruining Wars for thousands of players (alliances)

How is this possible this was not solved yet! Several alliances who earned their spots in Top100 (and those outside likewise!) are struck by the incredible bug which resets alliance perks lvels from whatever number to lvl1.
Several alliances (including mine) now are playing key battles with very hard but beatable opponents, but are crushed by this huge BUG and makes them lose wars. With lvl 1 having 0 boost to offense and defense and opponent on lvl8-9 having both of those perks its extremely unfair competition (ofc I know opponents csnt do anything abou tit) and Nexon’s BHG fault. Hundreds of glory and tenths of hours of effort is on line here and even tho development team didnt even notice it in announcement or anything.
How are you gonna compansate teams who lost tight wars by tiebreak or few stars because their rightfully earned perls were tsken out?
We want our boosts back! Please keep us at least informed on this matter, I know its weekend but this is emergency bug situation which has strucked thousands of players.

Thankfully we were not at war when the bug started. We stopped the search immediately. But this bug is preventing us to play in the weekend.
And, as always, the lack of answers is very frustrating.

I'm in an alliance affected by this latest bug, and unfortunately, this bug makes it impossible to win in competitive wars. The difference between a level 1 and level 8 perk alliance is enormous (+10%)! That's +1 age difference in offense and defense. Even if we manage to take down the opponent's bases, there is absolutely no way we can make up the time for the tiebreaker. And insult on wound, we actually earned our now vanished perk. What a travesty considering this element was introduced to reward alliances... I certainly don't feel very rewarded right now...

The timing was terrible. I know it wasn't planned, but weekends are the busiest time for wars, and this is affecting thousands, if not tens of thousands, of players. A few hundred crowns will not be adequate compensation. I think the last time something like this happened, both Alliances received winner's war loot and glory. That should be the minimum this time, and some bonus AXP to compensate us for the emotional distress.

ive taken screen shots of my alliance xp, we are going to war now and will take another screen shot when the war is over.

Compensate the lost glory and alliance XP.
It would be difficult to take glory away from the winning alliance (they could argue it was well deserved in the first place), so just compensate the affect alliances please.

And please don't mess with the code on the weekends

Saddest thing now are responses from CS :
Blah,blah,blah,autoresponse mail...and a few lines under :

”Don’t worry,we will work on it and check if there are any abnormalities from within your game and your alliance”

When ,I ask when will you STOP insulting players by pretending like the problem’s on their end?
When will you start admitting your mistakes instead of shifting blame on us?
Can’t you see you are losing huge player pool each time when major bug pops up and instead of admitting your mistakes you shift the blame on players and treat them like idiots?
Great PR BHG/Nexon. By Space Age release you’ll have only cash whales present as everyone else will quit playing
