Alliance perk Reset unrightfully ruining Wars for thousands of players (alliances)

Yes, if only there were some device and some sort of ''information network'' the mods or any BHG/Nexon employee could use to at least put out a blurb saying ''They're aware, and working on it.''

Such a device could theoretically even be used outside of normal office hours. Say, on weekends perhaps, to ease a troubled fandom's concerns over a big screw up, even if the fix wouldn't be worked on until later. But as far as I know, such a device and network are just science fiction.

Same old same old. Something wrong your end or we are aware of the problem and working on a fix. Thousands of players and Alliances used hard earned money to buy crowns/armies etc. In order to reach high Perk Levels. Then Nexon wipe that all out. How will they compensate players effected by this bug.

I can understand they want all communication to come from the moderators, but if they don't work weekends there needs to be an emergency procedure for situations like this. Leaving the customer base hanging for almost 2 days is unacceptable.

I really appreciate thst you are fixing it but I have one ...quite a big... question.
Do you think its approriate to award alliance who lost their wars by seconds or single star against top opponent with lvl1 perk vs lvl8 perk with 1 SINGLE troop card? Is there gonna be any axp compensation and glory point compensation? Also most of alliance couldnt war for next 1-2 days because of this (risking hughe loss). Those were give 1 troop card.
This is not even remotely appropriate compensation BHG
