I got a bit excited when I saw ninjas, but then $50 shock kicked in. It's still a good deal, you basically pay for crowns and get ninjas and blessings for free, but don't force me to spend $50. Give me $0.99 ninja army and I'm in.
My Medieval base has a great offer of 'Completing all 3 chapters of Crop Rotation to get +2 farms' for the reasonable sum of £11.90 or about $20 I guess.
Who is Nexon's target audience? Rich folk who have forgotten to take their med's or their offspring because their dopey parents have forgotten to disable in-app purchases?

Nexon take notes...this guy will spend $.99 just to get one ninja army. They need to get some micro items in here like that so that they can fleece more money.

I dunno man, I'd rather they didn't have that sort of sale tbh as it just leads towards the game becoming unbalanced in fights towards those who pay2win. At least now you can grind out the same army as a crowner.
I'm pretty sure the margin they get on selling individual items like one army of ninja's for $.99 is really good. I myself cannot image paying a whole dollar for a group of units I'll use once...but if I was the business I would jump at throwing that at the users so I can make that money.
