The level requirement is way too high. That's the bottom line. Imo

370!! WTF!

The difference in XP between Info Age (300) and Drone Age (333) IS NOT the same or anywhere near as Drone Age (333) and Automation Age (370).

What were you thinking? Yeah I know, cocaine is a hell of a drug, especially crack cocaine.

the XP required for each level gets higher and higher. if you go from 300 to 333 for drone age, then it should be less levels to go to Automated age. That's what we all thought ! So, a more normal minimum requirement would be around 355-360. imho 370 is a bit high. I dont know if it is known in general but each level over 350 takes more or less a full month....

The goal should be more players in the top age, not less. Increasing the xp requirements when the amount of xp required to level up goes up each time makes it much more difficult to meet the xp requirements. As the ages increase, the xp level difference between ages should decrease. We've gone 40, 40, 40, 33, 37. It should be more like 40, 38, 36, 34, 32.
