Banned permanently???

My father received a new device recently and upon installing and opening dominations he was told he was banned for suspicious activity. He can't even load the game at all and all the games crappy customer service have told him is to start a new account. How is he supposed to start a new account if he can't even load the game? A side note, the customer service for this game is brutal. The worst I've ever encountered. If anybody has any suggestions your help is greatly appreciated. Pm me or reply to this post. I once got this message while my game was loading and I switch three times my network...From wifi to data moving in my house where the wifi does not reach and when moving out of my house I switched to my brothers wifi. The game closed on "detecting suspicious activity". I can assure you my heart was literally pounding thinking of the hours I put in the game....
It would not load like you said...I cleared my game cache and other cache and reloaded the game. It worked perfectly. Thanks God.! Good luck with it man.

EDIT: I have installed dominations on 4 devices and I have not had this problem to play. 2 mobiles for me, 1 tablet and 1 is my wife's mobile. I keep swapping devices loading my 2 accounts and this has not caused the problem you are mentioning. At worst, it has disconnected me from saying that another account is accessing my account or something in those lines....

Yea, they have terrible customer service. The game is linked to your google account fro android and game center for iphone. So probably you have top create a new account for whichever device you have.

How do you even have four devices

I have 2 mobile phones to which I alternate playing, my wife's phone and a tablet. That makes it 4 devices.
