Base crashed since last update

Hello everybody!! I was a 170 base level player, and after the last update, my base became a 50 base with no citizens and i can t do absolutelly nothing. I asked for help to nexom, and all i get are answers type close the apps, or change the layout, or we are looking at it, be patient... but never a specific answer. I feel really alone, does anybody have the same problem?

Have you been able to get into the game for the past few days?

I'm not sure if this is a one-off issue, or a residual from something else. You may want to try to open your base editor to see if there is a different layout selected. (One that may not have all of your buildings placed down.

If it is still causing trouble, please reach back out to Customer Service.
