I have been unable to access my DomiNations account since 11th August, which is exactly 4 weeks ago. The game crashed at the loading screen every time I attempted to get in, even on a second device.
I have contacted CS, which I was told that the issue had been forwarded to the development team of DomiNations to be fixed. Yesterday, CS informed me that my account has been adjusted and I am to confirm it. Thinking that the issue has been resolved, I attempted to log into my DomiNations account, but to no avail it crashed on the exact same point: the loading screen, just like it did before the adjustment.
I am extremely upset and disappointed that due to the inefficiency of Nexon/BHG, this issue is still unresolved after 4 long weeks, causing me to miss the series of Summer events.
TinSoldier, I would appreciate if you can respond to this.
Update: Issue resolved after a month since it first started.
