Beta Test Environment

Please BHG/Nexon. You have a really amazing community that has stood beside you. Some like myself have played since launch. We keep losing good players and in almost every case it is related to frustration over bugs. You could turn this around by creating a beta test server and bringing a small number of us actual players in to test updates before they go live in production. Most would enjoy the preview and chance to experiment. You could even give testers a small gift of crowns when testing of a new release is complete. This would reduce player frustration and reduce churn (thus growing your game and revenues).

you wouldn't even have to offer rewards. People would just want to test for free.

The problem is not creating PBE. The problem is their capability to actually fix bugs - hint, they can't. As such, with PBE there will be no updates ever :/
