BUG: Аfter Update the game no longer works on BlueStack, please fix it because i have no phone with Android or iOS

I'm in the same boat here. I play 95% of the time on Bluestacks because it's much more comfortable to play at my computer instead of hunched over my tablet. The game simply stops at a black screen after the NEXON logo now, and I can no longer play.

If this issue cannot be resolved, I'll have to ask for a refund for the crowns I recently bought because I can't enjoy the game on my tiny underpowered tablet. =(

Its not a bug..i guess they did that to avoid hacks or cheats.dont hate me but i support what they did.a good sign to eliminate cheaters..

You can still use rooted/jail broken devices to cheat what nexon have done is a last ditched attempt to stop the cheaters by blocking android emulators and it failed because there are still cheaters.

I think you need to educate yourself, Bluestacks or AndyOS run Android just like Samsung etc run Android. Blocking the above is inferior because cheaters can still cheat on rooted/jail broken devices. If a jobs worth doing its worth doing good and nexon have no idea how to deal with the influx of hackers. Instead of blocking "devices" they need to work on server/client side anticheat technique and quit bashing PC users.

Cool story, but I never said it didn't work...I said they don't have an obligation to make the app work on Bluestacks.

As stated in their ToS:

"You will use the Application(s) only on a single mobile entertainment device, for personal use only, running validly licensed copies of operating systems on which the Application was designed to operate"

"We provide users with access to interactive software products that, among other things, enable multiplayer gaming experiences on mobile devices. The Applications may be made available to you directly, or through third party services, such as iTunes and Google Play."

I don’t see any emulators listed in those 3rd party services.

And not

“use any computer or device that is running any application, software or technology that is not expressly authorized by us for use and that enables cheating or accomplishing game tasks that cannot be accomplished without the use of such an application, software or technology, including without limitation automation software (bots), hacks, or other devices for enabling the interoperability of unauthorized third-party software that modifies the gaming experience”

But, after all that they have this statement:

Get off your high horse. You aren't entitled to anything involving the game, since you know, its their property.

I paid for crowns, if not for bluestack Nexon would have not gotten money from me, i guess the Nexon company is rolling in so much money that they dont need mine anymore.

Again you need to educate yourself. Bluestacks and AndyOS come with Google Play store pre installed that have legit access the the store with valid Google accounts. When you view dominations on unapproved devices Google play store will change the install button into a device not compatible button. Dominations is fully compatible with any Android versions above android 3.x I belive and considering Bluestacks and AndyOS come pre installed with android 4.x this just reinforces the above. There is not supported device list published by Nexon more over it is supported operating system. No need to get shirty.

I have been playing this game in Bluestack for a LONG TIME. Like since the beginning of the Dominations. If they won't fix this anytime soon, then I want my money back!

I think it's breaks Googles own developer TOS, Nexon shouldn't be able to allow their P2W games to be downloaded via the appstore and then block devices client side several months later palming it off as unsupported devices when in the first place it can be downloaded via the app store in a legit way even nexon own TOS doesn't mention specific devices all that it mentioned is supported software / Operating System and as Bluestacks and AndyOS run Android OS this is very much indeed supported. This is unfair, unjust and quiet frankly outrageous behaviour because legit people have been playing for months and purchasing crowns to support the game.

guess what, nexon doesn't care that you can't play on bluestacks anymore. in fact, I'm pretty sure they did that on purpose to try to cut down on hackers, since it is easier to hack with bluestacks. i totally understand that you can all play a hacked version on a rooted/jailbroke device, but i suspect that soon they will add a root check to the game to block those from the servers too.

After completing all the levels of The Empire Four kingdoms, i started playing Dominations and the only reason i like playing such games is to play on Bluestack or any such emulator on a pc. But if dominations is restricted on such emulators then its a shame that some of our group members will leave the game and choose some other strategy game. Majority of us play this game for fun and pass time and not cheat and want to be winner. To sum, i strongly suggest nexons to enable this game on emulators or else be prepared to loose business.

I am on the same boat, my Android phone is not compatible with this game. It was the reason I chose to play it on my computer. I am at Enlightment age but as the other players experiencing the same problem I cannot play the game for 2-3 days.
