Bug not fixed

I still have negative -208 crowns when I had 200+ last night you sent a message saying it had been fixed please explain to me how this is fixed I payed money for my crowns and still don't have them back and still have it say I owe -208 please do explain thanks

Hello Domalgita, sorry you're still at negative crowns. Some accounts that were fixed yesterday were reverted. Can you pass along your Player ID (found in-game under Settings > Customer Service)?

Hi TheWise, my account was one of those that were reverted. ID: 3315733. I posted on your sticky thread, but it looks like it is bugged.

EDIT: Just got some compensation crowns, but it does not put me back to my original crown count. Was over 2000, and now currently sitting at 800.

These "server issues" get really annoying. For the second time in 14hrs I lost my crown count became negative. I hope the staff will
recover my money as quickly as the last time.

However, it gets difficult to enjoy the game.
I just invested to $$$ many just bto go away, but I'm getting nervous.

I've gone the whole day now after spending my money on crowns to not be able to use them and do anything on the game you say it was sorted I messaged my ID twice now still no reply and still no crowns
