Can't leave alliance and don't see many join buttons either

I joined an alliance then something happened and it said I was removed. I tried to join another alliance,since I was removed, but it won't let me. It says I am still part of an alliance still,when I'm not. Please help. My name is Benny Blanco in Dominations game.
