Can't make 2nd attack in World War

Map screen says I have 0 attacks left, only made the first. The Alliance tab says Attack 2 is Unused. I can scout bases but the big green 'Attack' button isn't there.

I did this the other day. So disappointed in myself. What happened was you hit the attack more than once. Remember there is a delayed reaction before it launches into war. Be patient and careful is my tip. I hope this helps.

Our Alliance members are having this problem now.
Not good to see this has been going on since at least December, and there is no fix, or even response to post, in May.
