Can't train offensive drone when barracks/factory is training troops

I only briefly tested this, but the offensive drone can't be built while troops are being trained in a barracks/factory (not airstrip). Attempting to train a Drone under that condition yields:

"There is insufficient space for this unit! Offensive Drone requires 1 troop space."

The workaround is to either wait for those factory/barrack troops to train, or remove them from the queue.

Perhaps this is related to the instant retrain bug that causes one troop to not instantly build, which can be a drone.
