Cheater found: Upgrade lots of building at the same time

Just come across this cheater when I am searching some bases to attack.
You can see from the screenshot that this guy is upgrading lots of stuff at the same time
I cant type his name because I don't know how to type in Korean.
Anyway I am sure this is not the only one because I have also seen similar screenshots captured by my alliance members.
I really hope you could find some ways to prevent this kind of cheating.

Other than 100% max walls (none need upgrading), piles of gold from forest clearance, etc a true mark of a cheat is the stupid names they dream up or random characters, most players put some thought into it (or none at all for all the Leaders out there)

the 'Leader' name is actually the result of a bug. One I had suffered from as well for not getting through the tutorial correctly. had to contact CS to get my name changed which they did.
