Cheaters are killing the game right now, Nexon!

Today I have been cheated by a level 173. My base is at level 236 CWA. Cheater‘s medieval troops did a total damage of 6% to my base. All blessings are still there. Of course, he lost his attack. But summary shows a 4-star victory and I lost 25 medals.

This is just the last episode of ongoing cheating. Since the last update at leat one of my allies reports a cheated multiplayer battle every day!
Customer suppport tells again and again that they take cheating seriously, but nothing happens. We are cheated again and again by the same cheaters.

Nexon, I‘ve already spent a lot of real money for Dominations, more than for any other game!
How much money do you get from the cheaters?

This is the first I’ve heard of someone using the cheat and only getting 4 stars. If they were using it wouldn’t they get all the stars? At 173xp how could they be using medieval troops?

Medieval troops was a joke. Why do so many people fail in understanding sarcasm?

“My“ cheater is called Akman. This is his base, check screenshot attached. Maybe you want to count the houses or the builidings currently under construction?
So there is really no doubt, that this one is a cheater, but in-game support replied as always, that the replay is wrong.

Replays may be wrong, but in this case it is correct. It shows a total demolition of 6% according to the fact that all blessings were still alive after the attack.
Please read entire customer service requests before you answer with your prescribed text blocks. I still want you to ban this cheater and to send me an appropriate compensation.
Otherwise show me how to defeat my base with such weak troops of Akman!

You do realize you can’t type sarcasm right as you can’t type different tones. So I’m pretty sure that’s why people don’t understand your sarcasm. I think the bigger question here is did you smash them with revenge cause you’re so much better then them cause just because CS isn’t doing anything doesn’t mean you can’t take your shit back. Those are our two alliances. Usual Suspects is the main, invite-only alliance, and the other is the training alliance.

Actually they get a screenshot from me every day, because every day I get mugged by another cheater.
Since last update it is worse than ever, but cheaters always claim just 4 stars. Nevertheless, 4 stars are enough to make me loose 20-30 medals per attack.
The compensation of 300 crowns is ridiculous in view of the time I have to spend for regaining the medals (I am in DL II).

As Nexon is not taking care about the cheater problem at all, I have stopped buying crowns now. I will use the rest of my crowns to regain my medals. If all the crowns are consumed and problem with cheaters still persists, I will stop playing this game. I am wondering if cheaters will pay the livings of Nexon‘s employees?!

A friend of mine from another alliance showed me an exploit that he had installed on his iphone X last night. It apparently made his watchable ads unlimited and playable in the background. He didn't have to tap on anything. He would just open the game and receive rewards continuously every 30 seconds or so. Now I'm wondering if there is a limit to how much this game can be exploited. Are other games this susceptible to exploitation?

I am sorry to say, but the devs working for BHG are incompetent. They either lack the will or skills to fix such trivial issues.

I've same kind of cheaters every day.
Log reports 4* or 5*. But they attacked with just some raiders or other cheap troops, where 4* or 5* are completely impossible to reach, and so the replay shows reality with 4% and 0*.
Sometimes the CS says Replay error, sometimes I get 300 crowns.
But most I wonder of, is: that Nexon doesn't think a little bit about: who are the ones that buy or bought crowns?!
Cheaters? No!

Why don't they suspend the cheaters? If this would be done, and the message spreads in cheaters circle, they would give it up....

I had the same thing happen to me, Nexon apparently agreed as they gave me 300 crowns when I complained.

It happens almost 70% of the time now at higher medal ranges and this is their explanation every time. The loot and medals are gone but blessings are still active. I'm pretty sure that the ones using this cheat aren't spending a lot if any, so I don't know why Nexon/BHG continue to protect them.

haha funny. Raian, if they are a real and unique CS person, has been pretty helpful with me in the past. I'd like to see how they think 8 howies and a bunch of shooters could take out that base. It would help if they had they 11 planes from the replay, but i doubt it even then.

this is a small time cheater. Real cheaters have 25+ houses
