Cheaters evading search parameters

I sometimes get attacked by someone using every tactic and blessing, and 3 level 40 generals, to get just 1 star and limited resources. Highly likely they are cheating and just rebuilding in a few seconds and doing it again.

A new twist I just saw was all level 39 generals. I wonder if Nexon screens for people with max generals, so this cheater stopped just below max to not get caught?

It isn't automatically cheating, there could be a few legit maxed out bases, but we all know this is a small fraction of the total of max bases. Reporting has been completely pointless, so I've stopped bothering.

There are plenty of legit high level Gens out there. If you suspect a player, take a screenshot and report them to support with why you think they are cheating. Feel free to PM me as well.

Is this proof they are a cheater? No, but 99% certain it is. However, nexon won't do anything unless they have 100% proof, which is next to impossible to provide.

In what situation is it just to condemn someone if you do not have 100% proof? That's just how justice works, there cannot be any doubt that the person committed the crime, otherwise there is a chance they are innocent and punishing an innocent person is unacceptable, ever.

The justice system is reasonable doubt, not 100%. Since this isn't the justice system, it is more like civil cases which are based on more likely than not, a lower burden of proof.

As players, we aren't sure, but it's highly likely these players are cheating. Nexon just has to check if they've bought the crowns needed to play this way.

We have tools that see much more than a normal player can. Report those you think might be cheating, tell us why and let our support team review the account. We need those reports in order to get these guys. But yes, if we can't prove they've cheated, its not fair to ban them because someone's spidey senses are tingling.

Accusing every suspicion max base, especially if they have custard walls and 3 level 40 generals is the best we have for over a year now because instead of developers doing a relatively simple database scan and matching it up to loot stolen + crowns bought, they seem preoccupied arsing around with cheese quotas and other vital gameplay components.

But generally I can't be bothered reporting anybody, maxed out bases are my friend at the moment - they appear to get bored very quickly, leaving no generals on defence duty and most are Billy No Mates so aren't in an alliance, so no TC Howitzers:- if they are up around 3000 medals, I'm in there to fill my boots.

I use 2 or sometimes 3 Flammpanzers every time and and two generals, unfortunately only Level 11ish. I'm chasing Dynasty, but would never attack for one poxy medal, 20 minimum, better not to attack at all if I can't find one.

If you have such tools, why do you need our help? As countless people have suggested for months, do a simple database scan to see if they actually got the crowns legally or not. I know you have a record of every in-game purchase, because CS has sent me a report about my account one time and knew the exact second I bought a general upgrade. Given that data, it's fairly easy to construct a database query to flag all the cheaters.

they won't ban someone because he attacks with 3 lvl 40 generals, all tactics, all mercs, troops.... they won't ban someone because he has max base n walls few days after expansion..... they won't ban someone because he is stacking buildings over each other and hides oil refinery in unexplored forests.... so what's the definition of a cheater they accept?

I don't attack for metals but for loot lots of people I attack have gold or oil medals mean nothing to me

Given they actually do base upgrade scans for war matchmaking, there is an achievement total for gold and food raided and crowns purchased and it is relatively trivial to compare today's values with yesterdays, cheats should be a piece of cake to detect - even if it is only a list for somebody to look at.

But I have serious doubts they do have anybody capable; the crown total is held as a 32 bit signed integer (could be 64bit), it can go plus or minus 2,147,483,647 (we know because early on people did have minus a billion crowns!). Obviously it should have been 16bit unsigned so 0-65535 max and anybody with more than say 20,000 at any one time should have been flagged.

And those two bytes of nothing have been stored around 12m times, so 24mb of nothing stored and countless gigabytes of bandwidth transferring nothing - Nexon's servers appear to struggle at the best of times.
