We are just in war against an obvious cheating alliance: for at least 15 of their war bases; town hall is over cheated with: 1 HT, around 6 howitzers, tanks, armored cars ...
One base can be suspicious but at least 15 all bases it is clearly an exploit.
We have reported to customer service, but usual reply and I don't expect they will do something.
If such type of alliance are not punished, then you will kill the game, it is unplayable.
For us it is too late, but if there is no action from Nexon other alliances will be penalized.

Forget about getting any support from Big Huge Fraud on this. They are supporting this, cheaters, as they believe "cheaters can turn new leaf" and they will not ban or remove them.

Keep in mind that the more Nexon/BHG is unable or unwilling to address this kind of blatant cheating issue, the more justification you have to get refunds from either Apple or Google.

I got a refund from Apple when I reported the same bug. With Nexon not addressing the issue, This is only right thing to do

What I don't understand is that in this particular case, we sent reports to Nexon at the beginning of the war, so they had all the time to check the troops put in each of the war base, quite easy to spot the cheat.
