Hi, yesteday we went against a Turkish alliance that used massive hacks against us. I recorded several attacks they did using:

1. extra mercenaries
2. max coalitions lvl 7 with industrial y global players
3. attacks that weren't near 5 stars magically transforming in 5 stars

This is really outrageous, we used troops cards, ntg, time, money and this alliance cheats on us. We want our glory back and the troop cards we used and please ALL THIS PEOPLE BANNED.

I went though the proper channels with customer service and the responses were vague and unconvincing. I really enjoy playing this game but things like this only make me wanna quit and never play again, hope you guys can solve this terrible issue of hackers in dominations that destroy user experience and make full alliances quit.

Well documented proof of cheating, but who is to blame? Just these cheaters or both the cheaters and the enabler ( nexon ) for they have been caught in action again and again but no action taken against them !!!

It is indeed amazing that Nexon/BHG continues to allow this cheating Team t continue playing. We reported them numerous times and of course, Nexon promised to send the Cavalry. That was eight weeks ago and the Nexon Cavalry is nowhere to be seen...
