Combat Rebalance Design Spotlight (Stage 4)-Wonders rebalance stage?

The next design spotlight is going to cover changes to the remaining buildings, wonders, armored cars, and more!

Changes in ramaining buildings are only refered to changes in HP?

Changes in Wonders are only refered to changes in HP? or include significant changes in wonders stats to encourage the use of those less used wonders?

Is there an stage 5, of Nations revalance?

The pattern has become set by now. We're in the ''ignore any and all feedback from the community'' phase for the next nine days. A week from Monday Brad will return to tell us how phase 3 was a rousing success and provide us with the next list of changes. The following Wednesday they'll release the actual numbers.

I swear, you're becoming the kid who dutifully reminds the teacher that they forgot to assign homework at this point.

hahaha so true! Xabar don't have high hopes that something good will come out of rebalance stage 4. Didn't you learn your lesson already?

angkor wat: heal amount increased to match the increase in defender hp

eiffel tower: on defense, the vault continuously deploys its security troops in the form of voltigeurs

stonehenge: upon attack, your caravans turn into horse raiders and defend. high level caravans turn into armored cars

hanging gardens: fruit trees have thorns and work like barbed wires

and so on lol

There are many who really like the rebalance changes who are reluctant to post here because of bullying by the skill-less trolls that inhabit these boards :)

Why yes, I'm sure your skills are above reproach, and implying that those with a difference of opinion lack them certainly isn't troll behavior at all. Too bad about that reluctance though.

you miss the point dude. Most of the people here are angry because of the way Nexon treats its players. Not because they decided to make the game harder but the way they chose to take. If they raised defensive buildings HP by 100% and defender HP by 50% while buffing offence by 30% then none would actually complain because we all COULD adapt. We all COULD find new troop/tactic combos. Hell, none would complain if they left the decoy duration at 14secs but raise the HP to 30K-35K. Because 5 stars on a base would be much harder but not to the point of losing your army every single time against same level players like you.

Now as things are, most of the people CAN'T adapt. It is very difficult for many players to relearn the game, invest on new units, wait months for all the appropriate researches, and all that just to be 2-3 steps lower than were we all used to be.

Thanks for your thoughtful summary … now you can get my point that many like Xabar who are working to adapt are wanting to use these forums for information, but their attempts are being stifled by those who want to repeatedly run them down. So many people don't bother to post here that these forums no longer represent the larger community.

Reread post #2 and explain to me how those comments help the OP and then I will withdraw my characterization. "you're becoming the kid who dutifully reminds the teacher that they forgot to assign homework at this point" and "Didn't you learn your lesson already?" don't seem particularly supportive.

I do not hope something good or bad. I just want to know what are the changes to try to adapt me to the next paradigm.
The reality is that the changes are going to happen, some will hate them (to the point of wishing the death of all the nexon developers, and they will write a lot of things in the forum), while those who like it will be satisfied, and they will not say much.
I just want to know the changes that are coming, accept them are bad (like 2 slots for sabotage) or good. Yes, I do not want to be 2 months with the rebalancing.

In my alliance, 40% of the people are happy with the rebalancing, 40% are angry, 20% of the members, more consistent, see that the rebalancing brought advantages and disadvantages; that those changes are going to happen; and that all the happy players of malcontents are going to have to adapt to the changes.
Stage1 happend, many players said things in the forum -> Stage2 happend, many players said things in the forum, we understood that the bases have to have high defenses to have an advantage in war-> Stage3 happend, many players said things in the forum, we understood that we have to have high defenders to get us less stars and have an advantage in war> Stage4 will happen, many players will say things in the forum, we understand that we have to change some wonders or not .....

Hey Cannibal, don't interpret things I've said the way you like it to suit your case. I never intended to be sarcastic or unsupportive towards xabar. I saw it more like a joke between players with no hard feelings.

If it comforts you to know, if I have been angry with Nexon, when I was 1 month and a half without being able to receive donations of alliance, I lost a lot of glory and they never paid me back for it while most of the players. This is different, it is a general change that affects everyone equally

Cannibals , it's not about being skillful or skill-less, it's about the fundamental idea of creating a game for people to play ie: enjoy. Would you enjoy a racing game if the devs made the roads more sticky after 3 years of playing?
This is an attacking game. Making it more difficult to attack goes against logic. (Player logic, not corporate logic)
Hardly anyone has been asking Nexon to make the game easier. Well maybe the cry babies saying things like 'make all Uni researches 1 day, etc', but we don't take them seriously. However, no-one has been asking for the game to be made harder. Have you?
''Challenging'' is good for playing, these ''rebalances'' are good for the bottom line. Or so Nexon is hoping.
