Whats even the point if bases become impossible to 5 star?

He won't, They see TT as part of the line up now. Now you dont have to spend money to get TT because you can get them from the dock. But there we have the problem. Dock require workers, and im not sure about you but my workers are busy building/upgrading stuff. Drop the worker requirement or have extra citizens specifically for the dock. I know, I know, if we did that we wouldnt be spending money on the game for TT so scratch that idea.

The spenders always win. That's the entire point; Nexon is just shifting it further in that direction.

Ehh, the real fun won't start until it's implemented. Not to mention each phase of this, with little in the way of response from the powers that be, seems to be driving people away. Merely from the forums? Or from the game entirely? Only the ''data'' knows for sure!

Why keep tilting at windmills?

So... it seems defense is driving this game.

You know, at the beginning when WW started there was no tie-breaker and we could have survived a bad matchup (for us) by using premium cards and some attacking heroics to get to a stalemate... It was so much fun for the under powered...
Then the time breaker was introduced, and the under-powered team got their chances of not-losing reduced to minimum... But there was still a hope.

Good news: The time tie breaker will not come into use anymore, after this patch.
Other good news: As there is nothing left for the under powered side (not even a hope) we will see a competitive ww match-up maybe once from 5 tries, so everyone will be able to collect the required ntgs.

How many stages are left? What more can they do to tilt this even further towards defense? Town centers with a billion HP to reduce quick victories? Armor-plated EA that can't be killed (defense only, of course)? My hope (I know this is a long shot) is that they will realize that they over-corrected after stage 3 and dial things back (or give more offensive boosts) in any future stages. This is assuming they care about actual balance, of course, not just making the game harder with no payoff.

That’s where I am Knifer...i care less and less each day as my interest for this game fades, I’m done spending money which in my opinion is their whole purpose of doing all the changes over the past year or so - taking this game further and further down the path of pay to win. The general consensus is that the rebalance is a negative thing...I don’t see many positive responses in the forums or on Discord.

Personally, I think these changes are fine and make sense. Garrisons and garrison troops were completely useless past the Iron age, so hopefully this provides some motivation to upgrade them.

I've seen too many armies in wars where they have max offense and like iron age on defense. This at least rewards players who have invested in the game over a longer period of time.

And finally, one of the best parts of Dominations is the medal / levelling system. If you find bases are too hard to hit, you can easily drop your medal count and find an entirely different set of bases. I'm Atomic, and there are approximately 12 billion shitty Global bases out there level 130-140 with no silo, ready to be hit all day long. CWA can hit them too. There is no shortage of bases to hit IF you play at the right level.

gxe1134 , from your comments it seems there's little or no incentive for people to challenge themselves with higher levels.
Then what's the point of having a medal system? The league and chest rewards might be better but if it takes 5 times as long to get them and you're regularly losing big chunks of your army in the process, where's the incentive?
These ''rebalances'' will have the effect of forcing most people to just beat up lesser bases in order to have fun again.

i only focused on improving attack. and if i didnt care about my defenses before, what makes you think i would care now about my defenses not getting a lot of buff?

Space ape used to have their people post in the forums under anonymous ids. They even got into line rooms and deleted players(backfired of course). No reason I mention this. So how do I get trusted by Nexon? I have more then 11 posts.

oh wait, it probably already is, data will look good.

BHG Nexon, please just get on with it, get the rebalancing all done and dusted so people know where they are and if appropriate stop wasting their time playing and wondering whats next.

Dragging it out like this is as shameful as the shameful act of even doing this stuff in the first place.

I wont buy your Event Armies even if I couldn't get 1 star without, never have and never will. Ever since you introduced paid for armies and then the Stronghold you showed your hand.

OSH and OTT buttons should be available for war searches TinSoldier
