Combat Rebalance Stage Two Patch Notes

This update was really bad. I have two accounts, AA and IA. I have purchased the estate for my AA account and have waited for long time for it to reduce the sale so I can buy them for my IA account, and now it’s coming as a sale. But you know what? I don’t even want to buy it anymore even if its 90% discount. I used to play the whole day, but now I rarely log in and play, something big really missing, and so do my alliance crews, the chat became so quiet, long time inactivity, just after this update was launched.

Instead of handling the cheaters that we have reported, MANY TIMES, to you, and yet the cheaters are still playing up until now, you launched the stupid update that ruin our feelings that you don’t care. You only care for your own wallet, so good luck with it, i’m telling you that we’re ready to leave the game if you don’t do something about it in the near future

I logged on after 3+ days. This is how my defense log looks like. No one attacked my base in days, even though markets, mills, refinery are all full. So strong accounts are untouchable, small ones are killed twice as much. I would say this is the definition of a really well balanced game, right?

Glad I'm not alone. I had to re read that NTG part a couple times. It doesn't say we will always get them, just that if we get them we will get more. I even reported what I thought was a bug to CS. I have a GPA account that went 1-5 attacks before getting any.

This thread is the equivalent of shouting at the wind. Nexon does not care. Their lack of response to player complaints consistently proves that. Remember there are all the game bugs that have been around literally for years that they won't fix, but they will spend a bunch of effort to do a rebalance that no players asked for.

Clearly Nexon has somebody who has assembled data to prove that these changes will make them more money. (That doesn't mean that person is right; it just means the Nexon brass believes it.) They are fully aware that these changes will piss some players off, and have written them off as the cost of doing business - or they assume that people just will not abandon their invested time over years.

If you are one of the pissed-off people, save yourself some grief: you're in the group that Nexon has written off. Time to move to another game. I've stopped playing and won't be back; I just stop by periodically to watch the train wreck.

Nexon are getting way too cash greedy and pushing this rebalance for the balance sheet is a bloody disaster. It’s clearly a cash grab with the increased push on in your face purchases. I’m not a big spender but I spend none the less. Not a single dollar more.

Glad to see other spenders and some of the bigger spenders voicing their views however people need to stop spending completely to roll this back.

Moderaters are quiet because they agree, it’s a disgrace really. A word of advise before you next screw the player base over: fix chat, matchmaking, 30 second donation timer and leaderboards before you pull shat like this again. If you don’t know what’s wrong with these then you’re part of the problem.

Wont be long before this thread is closed due to the overwhelming negative comments.

The activity in our alliance has drop dramatically since this update. This is why I’m writing my first (and hope not my last) message in this forum.

I understand that developers have to earn money in order to keep the game working and to pay their wages, but with the update this has turn into a game really difficult to play if you are not expending money everyday.

I hope the stage 3 rebalances the mess caused by stages 1 and 2 as, if not we will be all moving to another game.

All the talk about how Nexon wants/needs to make money through sales of Stronghold troops, but are we forgetting that this is the same company that made $100 million from 2016-2017 year? Somehow they managed to do it without extra sales. So what's with the drastic measures all of a sudden? Forgot how to make money without alienating people?

Actually, There is no new content after Industrial Age, each new age is simply number change.Slow progress drive new player away.

I have been 5 stared in MP by Socrates-Practice White with minimal losses, no extra troops or blessings used. Really skilled attacker. It's been months since anyone took more than 2 stars, usual TC hit and run
