Commandos not passing gates

One of our team mates had issues in the current war with his commandos not passing the gates.
i checked the replay and can confirm.

I know that there was an issue with that since the last major feature upgrade and I could reproduce it in multiplayer.
But that was fixed weeks ago.
How can it be that my teammate still has this issue? He is on the same game version as the rest of the active world war participants.

Please investigate.

I have seen the same in the last week. Commando still blowing up wall next to a gate rather than going through it.. It doesn't happen often but enough to notice.

Could you please ask them to reach out to our CS team? I just saw some Veteran Commandos work correctly in the newest update, but there could be some other oddness they encountered.

I can confirm I have sent it happen to my commandos. They will stop and blow up the wall right next to the gate.

I used two veteran commando cards in an attack on Feb 12th. They got stuck blowing up gates. I reached out to CS but they were quite unhelpful.
