Constant Connection error since v4.0 update

I am experiencing connectiom error after every single match, this makes the game completely unplayable.

It amazes me how Nexon always finds another breakthrough in bug development.

I am having same problem , connection error. Not only that All the hours of work ruined due to the error. I was raiding to get the medals and I had 2395 medals, All of sudden medal count went down to 2350 when im online and not been attacked, did not lose in multiplayer battle. I sent email about this matter (bug) , they told me to check my connection. It's amazing that brings new bug with every new update.

Just had it happen again. Lost all my troops, even though I was well on my way to an easy 5-star victory. Sent in a CS ticket and of course they blame the connection on me. yeah right

I have been fortunate enough to have the game crash after my battles. Unfortunately then the battle doesn't show on my log and the 5 star diamond is swallowed up by some unknown source. And of course any troops that I set for retraining have to be manually handled .... it worries me with the impending war starting today that my attack once completed may not count if I get the spinning wheel of crash 😕

Cannot agree more.

If Nexon doesn't have resources to do game testing, they can just release closed alphas to top players; I'm sure they will be happy to do testing for free.

I have also been having connection error issues quite frequently since updated to v.3.7(which is the previous update before v.4.0) till now(still unsolved) and after updating to v.4.0 there are additional problems like missing battle logs, mercenaries that were hired with the diamonds obtained in those battles with missing battle logs went missing, troops trained right after battles with missing logs went missing...

I think they fixed it. Today 4 battles in a row (winning of course as always), no single connection error, congrats for that Nexon/BHG! :)

I got the same response, telling me to make sure I have a good connection. I had one network error count as 3 losses against me, because it kept redoing the loss when I'd try to log back in unsuccessfully.

This is an issue the team is actively looking into. We hope to have a fix soon!

Very well seraphine, finally a notice of an "official"

So can these superb debts then deactivate the new medal losing crap for time being or how long shall we pay for "your" disastrous non-testing and erroneous upgrade? Will I get refunds for the lost time and crowns?

This is unacceptable and completely ridiculous, sorry, I m completely fed up and can phrase it nicer than that

Every time I go into battle, finish, 100%, retrain ... I get the network error. Lost resources, medals and need to rebuild my army manually. I have an excellent internet connection and until the last update had not come across this problem. War starting soon and I hope this doesn't happen during my attacks.

Unfortunately it probably will. This needs fixing urgently.
