Contacted Google - please read.

Today was it for me. After the server crash my crowns went into the negative.

I contacted Google because there is no communication from game support. Either from trouble tickets or via the forums. I listed my issues from day one to the Google representative and he instructed me to:

Search for Dominations in the play store.
At the bottom of the page select Flag as inappropriate.
Select the closest reason for the report.
Finally report all issues in game and with support.

I am posting this here because the Google representative asked me and everyone else to pass it along or no one will be held accountable.

Wtf is wrong with you guys?why can't you sort it out? Why do we get no info about this game that we have been faithful to for so long? This is really getting pathetic. You have such a good product and you can't even communicate with us on the forums. The community support for this game has been a joke since the start. I got my hopes up when a few more com managers and mods came online. But where are you in our conversations? Why don't you support this game properly? The wise, wvolf and all your cronies are just hopeless.

I don't see why they should waste their time replying to whining comments (mine included) on the forums. there is like 100 people at max on here. they do check and read comments. the time spent writing useless replies to people who think they are important is time spent away from improving the game, and credit to the devs, they seem to be really trying to stop the problems that have been emerging (again, shouldn't have released the damn game on android)

the OP is equally ridiculous and unrealistic. there was a message to everyone that there has been an issue and that they are working on fixing it, but he seems to think that he's super special out of the tens of thousands of other players and deserves an immediate reply within a minute of writing his message.

you were already told there was a problem, and they are fixing it. get over yourselves, you're grown adults. bloody narcissists screaming for attention

As a fellow game dev , can I ask you guys one simple question... Why do you not post messages like this in news and announcements? It will stop this kind of agro and keep people notified. 2 seconds to post a message before you " undergo maintainance .".

They may have fix one problem but they just keep staffing up my game. I bought shield before the servers went down, after the maintenance I had no shield, I got attacked and lost 250000 gold. No refund for the crowns. So I bought 5 days of shield. After their fix I got back my crowns for the 3 days shield, but my 5 days shield is gone and no crowns back for it. I can't even purchase the 3 or 5 day shield again. So honestly, what the heck you guys doing there??

A lot of our whining would stop if we were informed on what's going on. I put some money into this games so I have a vested interest.

I sincerely hope the forum mod team and the game developers are 2 different groups of people.

Trying to handle the forum and fixing the bugs are not easy task which can be handled by a single group of people.

I ended up sending another report to Google. My support tickets go unanswered. At this point I wish I could say I care less, but I put some good money into this before I realized this was a pay to play beta.

I ran into more cheaters today than ever and then there is another broken wilderness event which really got on my nerves.
