Has anyone experienced an upgrade that has been rolled back?
My fighter was upgraded to mk6 but rolled back and went back mk5, i reported it to customer service and they clearly acknowledged that it is their fault and refunded me with just the resources but not the time/crown to instantly finish the upgrade. Im very disappointed on how they handle my concern, i tried to send another message but they dont want to do the compensation that clearly their fault
