CS complaint handling

Has anyone experienced an upgrade that has been rolled back?
My fighter was upgraded to mk6 but rolled back and went back mk5, i reported it to customer service and they clearly acknowledged that it is their fault and refunded me with just the resources but not the time/crown to instantly finish the upgrade. Im very disappointed on how they handle my concern, i tried to send another message but they dont want to do the compensation that clearly their fault

Has anyone experienced this kind of issue and please share how was it handled

happened to me also was upgraded MK3 heavy tanks with 10 hours remaining to complete and Protect tactics 2 days remaining to complete they refunded the exact amount without any compensation of upgrade time I lost, this is really frustrating

Its acceptable if its just classical or iron age upgrade if its IA above they should give us crown to instantly finish it the fact that it will take 6-10 days for GA blacksmith upgrade

No its never acceptable to lose any amount of time. If it cost 1 crown to instantly upgrade, then 1 crown should be provided.

Yeah you're right the fact that this game will take more than 2 yrs to max at AA and with at least two more coming age coming getting anyndelay is not acceptable

I've sent messages like 5 times already and they will not give the crown to instantly finish it.

And every response they gave im giving them 1 star rating, I make sure i always give them 1star rating because i know it is part of their scorecard as an CS

So if ever you contact CS please give them rating and not disregard it. I know that because i have CS friend in lords mobile (igg)

It takes 4.5 years to fully max to AA.
