CS doesnt treat customers with respect

My son hij base was attacked by a lowlife cheater scoring 4 percent and all his troops were destroyed in 30 seconds. In his best english he contacted cs and was told a replay bug. Imho uitrusting, no respect at all.

Don’t take it personal, Nexon’s “support” just don’t know how to act like a support.
At least they don’t advice you to turn off the sound/music in the game, when you try to report cheaters

What if it is a replay bug? Do you say it’s a cheat cause it’s completely impossible for someone lower to take out someone higher? Replays are f*cked up so is it so hard to believe that it could be a bug? I’m just playing devils advocate here cause I know people that have contacted support and got crowns instead of the whole replay bug answer so I’m guessing they can tell the difference

Well, everything is possible. But it never happend before. His base has defeated while defending more than 10 high level CWA players, it is seldom beaten only by high ranked players with lots of top toys. I have experienced lots of so called replay bugs and I don't Care. He is Just a kid you know I don't want him to be treated like this.That's all.

You have to look at the troops used vs the base being attacked before you cry ‘cheater’.
It may very well have been a cheater like the guy who attacked my CW lvl 244 base (with lvl15 walls) with 4 howies and 22 raiders. He got 18% on the replay but the log showed 5 stars with all rss incl 6k oil. Or the guy who attacked me with just raiders and got 10% destruction but 5stars and everything else.
But maybe there was something I missed because CS said it was a replay bug, and CS is never wrong, right?

Send them two screen grabs. One from the end battle summary screen and one from your inventory (mail) tab recap of defense. These are accepted by cs and should match if it was a valid battle. I get a cheat attack about once a week anymore and since I started reporting them have been given some crowns for the effort. I also learned that if I take the time to search the player in the alliance search that they often have many houses etc... it verifies to me that they are indeed cheating. Send a screen grab of their base to cs also. Cs just today removed this cheat players extra houses, he had 17 of them when I reported his cheat attack on my base. He now has 6 houses I am thinking I will revenge attack his so he might get the hint that it was me who found and reported him. I will also watch his base till I’m bored of it, to see if he adds back his cheat houses.

and you are happy he is still playing? He used all extra workers for more upgrades etc


as for cs...I had one guy use 8 decoys against me in war. Its not a big cheat but still...sent screenshot of it to cs...and later they reply back show us pic from your attack log cant show pic from attack log when it was made during war and war is over now...case was just closed....

I’m learning... when you get cheated in an attack go to the alliance search and visit their base. So far every time I have done this (last 3) I find extra houses. Grab a screen shot of it and add it to your tools / customer service / contact us - message. Cs has so far at least removed the extra houses I have reported. Hey it’s something and it likely helps cs as I am sure they are swamped with cheat reports. I do believe they are trying. Hope so anyway. If we all report every cheat we find they at least get the idea that we are paying attention and want a fair game.

I can imagine its a problem for them that has no easy solution. Also they told me that they need iron clad evidence before they can take action against cheaters. So I am giving them as much as I can.

Am am I Happy? No but I like the game and will do what I can to help them make It better. I would find no pleasure or gaming satisfaction in cheating so don’t understand the motive to cheat, I would think that once you remove the challenges the game offers in playing that boredom would be an almost instant result. I have the added chore of identifying and reporting cheaters. I can do that.

No, not happy he is still playing, I did suggest to cs that they reset his base to the beginning of the age as a penalty or even back to the last age if he is caught again. In my thinking about it, if he is banned he can just download the game again and start over, even banning his device isn’t a solution as if I bought said device used I would be pre-banned... basically it sucks all around, it’s a human nature thing. I’ll report them all with as much info as I can learn how to identify and hope they can discourage cheating among those players that would abandon it once caught and penalized enough to make it a negative overall. Chronic cheaters need to be set back in ages so they can’t climb too high. Probably a lot of the cheating is just to get to a top Age quickly anyway, then they would abandon cheating? I don’t know, like I say below, for me the idea of cheating destroys the challenge that I play for. So I might be naive in all my thoughts on the topic. Either way. The goal should be to set their progress back when caught cheating and if they really did like and what to play the game they would abandon cheating and play honestly, or just give up and leave.

Just looked for the cheater I reported the other day with the 17 houses. He is no longer in his alliance. So he either moved on to hide or he was removed. I’m sure I’ll never know. Unless he attacks me again... then of course I’ll report him again... it becomes a game within a game...

It's definitely a cheat. It is NOT a replay bug. But hey, CS will say, its a replay error.

Yeah. Those are cheats and not replay bugs!
But Nexon/BHG allow cheaters to play and steal from legit players. Battle logs are also broken
