Multiplayer attack won with 36% and town center still alive???

Yesterday I was attacked in multiplayer. As time was up replay shows 36% demolition only and town center still alive. Clear victory for me.

But summary shows up defeat with 2 stars and a loss of 12 medals. Contacted already support in-game, which is not working properly after last update btw. Support answered, that replays are not correct. THAT CAN'T BE TRUE!

1. Modified my base before this fight. Replay shows my modified base.
2. Replay is about 3:30 minutes. So no action missing.
3. Summary shows up same troops, opponent used in replay.

So what should be wrong with this replay???

Because of all the bugs, why shouldn't be a bug in multiplayer battles, too?

Yeah, that's what they told me many times, your eyes lie trust us. The playback is inaccurate they say believe what it says in the defense log. Never mind that end of the of replay it says victory not defeat. But then I fived a player and didn't get a diamond, support says don't believe your eyes, your eyes lie and the attack log is inaccurate. I sent them multiple screen shots, they answered too quickly to have checked anything.

This has happened to me on two occasions - I wrote to CS and got the same reply... A known problem... How can you plan your base if the replays are faulty. But, like you, I think I won the defence, no city centre smashed. I keep losing medals without playing and rarely win a defence!

The overwhelming majority of replays on complex attacks and bases are inaccurate. It happens to me all the time. I noticed it happened much less pre-EA. Its also probably the reason they wont release war replays and shared replays.
