Is it broken? Or do they not understand the problem? Communication isn't their thing for sure. We have been attacked by alliances who had Global players with level 7 Coalition troops. They did some serious danmage. I've asked again and again politely to fix this cheat and to give us compensation or punish te cheater and the cheating alliance. You've already guessed it, never got an answer. Yes we are investigating it but they never reply.
The cheat is quite difficult to show with screenshots, a solution would be to show the level/name/number of the player on their coalition screens.
