Daily rewards - watching video ads crashes game and rewards not earned

Hi, im not sure if this has already been discussed. Im using an Android phone and OS is up to date, game is up to date. Whenever I watch video ads in daily rewards or in Marco polo's, many times the game crashes and restarts and rewards is not given to me. So I end up watching multiple video ads before I get the rewards.
Does anyone experience same issue? It's quite annoying having to watch the ads over and over without getting the rewards.

Hola, tengo el mismo problema. He cambiado de un Samsung A51 a un Samsung A52 y en este último tengo el mismo problema que tú. ¿Has encontrado alguna solución? Saludos desde Chile.
