Link to videos not working

Giday All
Since the last game update( where the snow etc was removed), ive not been able to access any of the video links for tokens, retrain troops, marco trades etc etc
I done the usual uninstall reinstall, ckear cache etc etc
Im using Android Samsung Galaxy A52
Issue only happended since last game update, Ive sent in a few " help requests" via the ingame form, but aparz from a few compensation crown, issue is not fixed

I have two devices, samsung tab 8 (sm-x205) and samsung a52s 5g (sm-a528b/ds). tab 8 shows ads and i get rewards. A52 doesn't work even though it's been 4 or 5 game updates.

its very bad. they must test game on this phones

Any news on when you are going to fix the ads consent error for iso users. Any updat would be appreciated. You fixed for a few days then you broke it again

Olá Hobbit, teu português é melhor do que muitos nativos kkkkk Bom, então quando acabar umas bênçãos de retreinamento instantâneo que eu tenho, irei repensar sobre continuar com o jogo instalado.

Hello Guilherme. My Portuguese isn't very good, but essentially the developers said this isn't their problem and they can't do anything about it as it's a third-party problem. It's just bad luck that affected users like you and me

“third party controlled” sounds like a pretty cheap excuse to me. Similar to the alleged AI misrepresenting the replays.
All games in Europe should have such a consent page. Many have also implemented this. I don't know of any where such problems occur. So does Google only have a problem with Dominations players? How likely is that?

This is not a region issue, my Samsung S20 account works fine with ads, Ipad is not working. It used to work but not anymore after some not needed update...
