Link to videos not working

Giday All
Since the last game update( where the snow etc was removed), ive not been able to access any of the video links for tokens, retrain troops, marco trades etc etc
I done the usual uninstall reinstall, ckear cache etc etc
Im using Android Samsung Galaxy A52
Issue only happended since last game update, Ive sent in a few " help requests" via the ingame form, but aparz from a few compensation crown, issue is not fixed
Welcome your thoughts/ solutions

Again, BHG has no control over this current issue you're facing. The service that provides the video ad rewards is working on an update that should hopefully alleviate the issue you're facing. But we cannot make any guarantees that this will be fixed completely by their update. Of course, we'll still be monitoring in case there is anything that we can do on our end.

why in 12.0 version of game . video working good?
if you dont control this issue why its working already?

I am not going to wait till they fix it in my iPad mobile device. I have signed to Dominationsworld, link it with my account and played the game from the web browser. Everything works fine from that browser, all videos, retrains etc.

Not perfect solution but at least I am not short on the tokens, speed ups and instant retrains

Good luck in fixing it in game but not sure if you can handle it guys...

the issue of dominations browser is the datas download. every time you want to play game in dominations browser . its need to download 600mb game data.its very bad

Playing three days in a row on same ntb and Mozilla is not downloading anything. Just for the first time.

Playing all my 3 accounts in three browser windows in a time and all is working fine for me.

Exactly no repeatable data download, just for the first time, finished and done... now I load all my accounts in less than 10 seconds.

Yes I power off my notebook a start the browser/app all the time again....

But 4 months later and still no resolve on the video link fault
Wonder what the " legal eagles" would say about consumer rights and fail to meet standards
Its beyond a joke now

True, very disappointing. I unverstanden dependency on another software provider, but what counts for users is a solution only. And a solution is still not in place...

Is there any further updates on the ‘fail to load ads consents’ issue? I realise it’s a third party I use but considering it’s been going on for 3 or 4 months now an update would be helpful. Perhaps you can also let the affected players know what is being done to resolve the issue or what has been the cause of the issue?

Hi BHG. What every you guys did in the last 24 hours can you please undo it. The videos were working for 2 or 3 days. What every you have done in the last 24 hours has meat the failed to “load add consents” issue has returned. Hopefully it won’t take another 4 months to get the issue fix agin this time

Game is running but Event rewards in the web-app are broken, cannot collect them. Other things in the app seems to work for me.

I realized in some phones the game work badly. cant zoom out properly and video ads dont work in this phones. i think the game
does not run correctly on some chipset of phones. like poco x5 or samsung galaxy A52. if you have this phones around you please test game on this phones to beter realize the issue.

I have two devices, samsung tab 8 (sm-x205) and samsung a52s 5g (sm-a528b/ds). tab 8 shows ads and i get rewards. A52 doesn't work even though it's been 4 or 5 game updates.

tab 8 I can receive suggestions, a52 does not give such a suggestion to choose
