Link to videos not working

Giday All
Since the last game update( where the snow etc was removed), ive not been able to access any of the video links for tokens, retrain troops, marco trades etc etc
I done the usual uninstall reinstall, ckear cache etc etc
Im using Android Samsung Galaxy A52
Issue only happended since last game update, Ive sent in a few " help requests" via the ingame form, but aparz from a few compensation crown, issue is not fixed

That's a part of a fix going out with the latest update. When this pops up resetting the game should fix the video ad and you'll be able to view it to receive your reward.

I am not sure what do you mean The Wise when advising “resetting the game” ?
Closing and restarting the game doesn’t solve my ads problem.
Clearing cache data doesn’t solve my ads problem.

Really bored asking all the time you guys to run Dominations normally. Previous update was working fine, 12.1 screwed everything up again. My other account running on android works fine so this is not about “region” where do I play from.

Issues are just on my iOS account. Ads setting from menu are not working and getting the same answer as Audrius have posted.

After hard resetting the game did the issue persist? This prompt appears in the 12.2 update and should fix the video ad issue after a hard reset when prompted.

You can hard reset the game by closing the app entirely and restarting it. The team is still tracking the cause to determine what other steps need to be taken if necessary.

yes im clse the game entirly and restart my phone but the issue is persist.

And an email tells me my support request has been closed

its a smple issue. but your programmer dont able to resolve it

please do somthing to dont play external video for reward and show 15 second screen and give the reward.

dont need to show external videos . just show 15 second automatic screen to give reward . this is simple way to resolve issue

Lets be kind and let them few more months to ressolve it. All the time before it used to be like that, Black screen, 22seconds and reward. Easy Peasy....
