Link to videos not working

Giday All
Since the last game update( where the snow etc was removed), ive not been able to access any of the video links for tokens, retrain troops, marco trades etc etc
I done the usual uninstall reinstall, ckear cache etc etc
Im using Android Samsung Galaxy A52
Issue only happended since last game update, Ive sent in a few " help requests" via the ingame form, but aparz from a few compensation crown, issue is not fixed

The team is aware of this issue impacting some players and is working to find a solution. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and please submit the issue to our CS Team so that they can track the various instances to help get to a solution quicker.

why you dont pay attention to players problem? we lost many video rewards every day . but it dosent matter to you.It must be profitable for you to fix it?
please chek the game before release it for update

YES correct, we are losing progress, and yes correct nothing happens when selecting Ad settings tab, same result as video link tabs
It is as though BHG can not fix this problem, and have forgotten about its loyal customers
Some resolution is required

We loose progress every day when not getting all the video rewards...

What I also noticed is, that I cannot access the ad settings. When I click on the button nothing happens.
Might that be related? Does anyone have that issue as well?

The team is still working on the issue where some players aren't able to view Video Ads. In regards to this button, however, it will be removed for users who are not in the EU (Determined by Google and IP address location, not BHG) in a future update.

thank you harlems369th . the videos in the previous version of game is working properly but in last versions dont work (noithing hapen when click on it)

Regarding the button, I am located in the EU / Germany, but can still not access the ad settings.

That ad settings button is determined by Google and IP address location, the fix will be to remove it for those in areas where it does nothing.

Regarding the button, I am located in the EU / Germany, but can still not access the ad settings.

Same for me, EU location, unable to access Ad settings, no videos can be played. Hopefully team will resolve an issue and update will appear this year. Previous update was fine, not this one. Thx

If you are not able to to fix this you might consider to disable all video related features for all domi users until you grant working for all users. Otherwise post an update please so many valuable rewards are wasted. Thanks

this problem was not in the previous version of game. and its created in last version. how you cant resolve this issue???????
