Demolition won't destroy weak mortar

So I maxed out my demolition tactic in the global age and it still won't destroy Industrial Age mortar buildings .......anybody know what's going on with this ?

i made a topic on how useless demolition tactic is, infact demolition can't destroy any building that's IA level or above that's gone worse with the 10% increase of mortar health added in the 4th chapter update

Maybe the base you're attacking has fortification blessing (in regular multiplayer battle) or in coalition with the Egyptian (in world war). Both of them increase the defensive building's hitpoints.

No I tested it all day long yesterday after I unlocked it - used it on bases with no blessings

My global age demo does 2530 damage after the library research - IA mortars have base health of 2120 - after library research 20% added to that is 2544 - I can't believe I wasted 10 days upgrading that

Nexon got back to me and confirmed the numbers I came up with were correct - global age demolition does not destroy industrial mortars - what a fuckin waste of 10 days

It's all good - I just can't believe they changed how demolition works for global age

isn't just for global age, previously demolition could take down a mortar of 1 age below it's level.
now, after the update they added a research to increase mortar health be 10% it became impossible even for a mortar that's one age below :/

Actually it's only global - I have been in contact with nexon - the wiki page on demolition is incorrect - demolition still destroys mortars one age below it in every age except global

I just posted a pic of that conversation - and I can personally tell you I was destroying enlightenment mortars with IA demolition all day two days ago before my global demolition was done upgrading

i know thats possibly cuz most of EA haven't researched the 10% increase

I don't attack any EA bases - I'm global - so only IA and global bases pop up - most people at those levels have had the research completed for a long time - again look at the pics I posted - nexon has already confirmed this only happens in IA Mortars

yep your right my bad was getting damage numbers of demolition tactic from armory ( not applying the bonus) when i checked it in academy found out the real damage with the bonus

I still can't believe they ruined it only for global age - the butt hurt is real

maybe they didn't scale the increase of value and will be fixed later
