Disappearing Donation Requests and Disappearing Troops

This problem has been going on the entire time game has been out. And it seems to be getting worse. My alliance raid using alliance gates. I have 2 accounts and will use 2 devices to feed each other and raid on one while the other is training. This also occurs between 2 other members of my alliance so i know it is not any internet problem. Sometimes when i request the request disappears so i spend crowns to request again and it will disappear. Also i will send troops and they leave my base but my other account never receives them and his request disappears.

I know they are stored in city center and will no longer be there if they get killed in an attack. But i am online the entire time. I have both parties invlolved on table in front of me. So C.S. generic answer is absurd. How common is this problem and how many other alliances suffer the same annoyong costly bug. Devs this problem is real and we desperately need a fix!

Happens to me 2 out of 3 requests. I got used to it, actually got tired of it and now i only request troops for war. Never for multiplayer attacks.

This problem is very common..happens to me all the time. Troop request disappearing right after you request, dozens of troop request pending in chat, donate and troops just disappearing in thin air etc etc etc

yep, the bug has been around since the launch of the game, and they don't even acknowledge it exists

Wu-Tang Killaz raid with our gates it's the reason i have over 150k lifetime donations and get 10,000 every season now that we all have big gates. I bring 2 uniques to battle, french and brits/koreans. I help my alliance grow strong so that i am stronger.

We all have this issue in the alliance I lead as well NorthernVikings. I have something that seems to make sure it doesn't happen. Bug still needs fixed though nexom. If you do a forced close of the app then open it right back up before you do anything else request troops. I seem to get my requests through everytime when I force close and reopen. Hope this helps let me know.

Yep, usually does the trick for me as well. I just keep on forgetting it 99% of the times

Requesting through TC instead of chat has helped us. Haven't been affected by this for a couple months though personally.

Really? I find it the complete opposite. Requesting through TC always results in problems for me. Requesting through chat is more reliable.
