Dissapointment - matrix

Dear Nexon

I like to play dominations for already 3+ years now ..
I play as a member of aliance Slovenija ..
Just recently we have discovered how wide spread is cheating trough matrix in this game.
In world wars we have met aliances which were unbeatable, having multiple buildings already done even if just recently started a new age.
When we discovered, how things are going easy for cheaters, our leader Nobody posted few suggestions to your administrators about that..
He has got only answersmof type we are aware of this, but we cant do nothing for the moment to stop it.
Then he decided to use matrix aswell, ..
Now .. only thing he has achieved by exposing himself was that you have banned him from the game..
Is this fair?
How can you do nothing about this matrix I kindly ask?..
Many of our members pay dollars to advance in the game, they deserve fair explanation dear Nexon ..wouldnt you agree?

Some of them have been banned and easily found moaning here in the forums wanting back their accounts, so don't say they don't counter cheating

Both of you are right, but ...
If I look trough my perception not being a cheater its more or less frustration
to be dominated by cheaters and Nexon just standing bye,..doing nothing to stop this guys ...
Our leader played from the begining without cheating and has become a top10 player of this game..
even if its not right he, has made this decision only to force Nexon to do something
He has disclosed himself to Nexon that he has begun using matrix ... and after that they have banned him
well, doesnt that change your point of view on this situation?
Matrix is still alive ... nothing has changed ...

there was someone recently who admitted to cheating yet no one called him a cheater.

the difference was that he went public about one way to use the matrix rather than complain about getting banned.

well yeah, if you go public about how to use a bug, its like saying ‘look what NEXON is allowing to happen!’ but if you complain about getting banned, its like saying ‘why only ME?’

plus, if a bug goes public, they fix it quicker, or at least they put a bandaid on it.

this guy is not complaining about nothing he doesnt care playing it anymore. that move was his last stantement, after
he told developers, that he will deliberately cheat, because they are not solving this bug for a long time.
but, ... you are missing a whole point here
This game has become a cheaters paradise, and therefore it will die because we (non-cheaters) will stop playing and paying for it.

You will replace your leader cause he's been banned.

I think if someone martyred themselves to prove a point and admitted it to nexon they really should expect to have some action taken against them. It's naive to complain about punishment when it's logical to expect punishment AFTER you admit it. HOWEVER if this person only did it to show nexon where the glitch is and he didn't continue doing it I think it's harsh for nexon to ban him.
Question Urkoo , did your leader use the matrix for a few buildings or did he upgrade his whole base 1 or 2 levels? This would go some way towards HOW guilty he might be and if nexon overreacted.

The wholesale cheating in this game is certainly preventing me from participating in wars. I spent 1.5 years building my base in preparation to play in wars. I even bought most of the legendary war artifacts. But as I progressed in the game I realised that this is a very flawed game as far as the war aspect of it is concerned. Just take a look at the leadersboard. It's an everyday mockery of your game, Nexon. Every week or so,I'll check to see if they've removed the hackers and cheats. NATO=No action,talk only. So,I'll continue to play in MP mode until I find that I'm no longer interested to click on your game icon.When that day cums,all the crown sales and gimmicks will not bring me back.

Nexon I need your answer, before I totaly lose my interest at this game.
Its a shame to have that good product, and to be so careless about big hole in the middle of it ..

I guess it’s still open than but there were mentions of people saying they closed the hole for the matrix but apparently not. Also to take 3 Year’s? My alliance has seen many, many cheaters over the years but we still play because in a F2P game there’s generally always going to be cheaters. It’s always a tricky situation for those of us that don’t invest money into the game. The game will not care how we feel because we don’t generate revenue for it. The choice is either to post things just to get the awareness out there but to think it’ll really do anything is doubtful. I did notice once they nerfed ar I saw less cheaters through MP assuming the matrix was closed.


Now onto the ban. Well not the first person to write about deciding to use the cheat for the first time and getting punished. I understand that cheating is huge problem with the game but why are some players bringing it up only after they get punished. The person that first really brought attention to the matrix is no saint but all that stuff came with the warning of caution if used. I know that punshiments are all done visually. Everything is by screen shots even though just seeing the age of an account can tell you if someone is cheating but of course that’s too much work for them. That being said your leader must’ve went crazy on the cheating and was super obvious. I get it’s frustrating to be the one caught with all these players that have been cheating forever but yeah sorry Felicia. Doesn’t make it ok. Perhaps once the matrix thing got out they are now handing down harsher and faster punishments.

Yeah, Nexon not fixing this god dammed matrix is also blocking me to invest even 1 dollar into this game ..
And regarding our leader .. he has provoked Nexon by deliberately exposing himself being 5 years straight player and after many, many claims to nexon, by sending prove of how many cheaters are outthere (and Nexon doing nothing about it), he decided to make this kind of harakiri ...
