Does General MacArthur make a big leap at L21 (or any other level perhaps)?

I've advanced two generals to L21 and that's been the point at which they get a huge boost in numbers and move to a tank.

What happens to MacArthur though? Does he too undergo a big transformation at L21 or any other level perhaps?

Yes, he turns into a moving fort castle.

In all seriousness, the already tank generals just get a major stat boost like the other ones, no transformation though.

no huge boost in just level 21 but when they become a tank the range increase to 3 and prevent them from easy die!
And even they are in tank they may not counted as tank, planes still get harder to kill them.

Thanks guys. Was hoping that maybe MacArthur's range increases or something, so that he can at least match Napoleon's range of 5 which is unique it seems.

Dunno about that. I think they look way more hilarious on a horse when there's tanks and jet fighters all around.
