Dominations is openly supporting cheaters!

Four days ago I was attacked by cheater. He was using 9 zeppelins and 9 planes, lost battle, but still took 27 medals from me and lot of resources. I have reported him to customer services and I have received 300 crowns compensation, which in say it is completely insulting.
The worst thing is that the cheater is still in the game, progressing in age and level. Customer services, represented by so called Game Master Mari and Johhny told me that they give all cheaters another chance because they "can turn new leaf" and similar bullshit.

TinSoldier and Nb4powerup , how do you explain, defend and justify this to community!?

How can you do anything else but PERMANENTLY REMOVE CHEATERS from the game.
There are many people on this forum paying real money to progress in this game. You just spit in theirs and everyone else faces.
The cheater is BJK from BesiktASK alliance.

Hi Hound!

Thank you for reaching out with this report to Customer Service. Their tools allow them to keep a record against the number of times a particular player has been reported. They do look into each and every reported instance, but do not necessarily alert the player base when action is being taken.

Replays are sometimes incorrect with the number of planes deployed. You are welcome to submit another ticket concerning battle replays if you'd like.

TinSoldier This is not a bug or bad replay, this is the fact that your game master has openly written in reply they don't remove cheaters but they give them a chance to turn another leaf! Don't turn this around to bad replay - I was compensated due to being attacked by cheater, but cheater is not removed from game, he is still there. So again, please tell us, WHY IS DOMINATIONS SUPPORTING CHEATERS

It has a simple answer!
Coz game is dying and they will have not enough players if they removed them permanently!
No enough new players here... a few new players come to my alliance but after a while all of them don't play this game any more...
So they needs cheaters actually! thats why game is full of cheaters!

We just have a war against Belarus Manowar thats use overfilling city bug like in a city with 2 HT 1 tanks 3 howie..... just impossible !!!! half of the base like this... we send many screen shot to support earlier in the war but they just let them win and do absolutly Nothing.....

Do we have to understand this game is made for the hacker?

We play honnestly and begin to be boring of this

In the alliance I am in we had a player that admitted he was investigated by CS. His name being reset to "default" confirmed this. We looked at his base and concluded he did in fact use a hack to progress from low EA to Global based on the fact he had no estate and the time it takes to normally progress. He was immediately kicked out of our group and chat group.

LordAnubis - how long was he banned out of game? Cheater that attacked me, BJK from BesiktASK alliance was "Default" for 24 hours, after that returned to game and he is progressing in age and league. When I reported him, CS provided 300 crowns compenstation and addmited he was a cheater. When I asked them why he is still in the game, they started BS they cannot disclose actions taken against them, that actions are based on type of offense and players can turn a new leaf. It is disgusting.
There should be ZERO tolerance to cheaters - when cheater is identify, he is to be banned permanently by Nexon/BHG.

I have no idea how long he was locked out of game. It should be permanent. But the group Im in has a zero tolerance on cheaters. The only nex did was shame name him to default and roll his nation to Japan and back to Industrial. Yet he kept his global buildings.

Some Clans using Sandbags, some clans using the mass of bugs in the game... i bombard the support for months with such screenshots, 4 days ago i,ve learned that most of this are bugs that everyone can use in the game. At the finish those Clans will win which know and use the most bugs and using the most money. I can't believe that Nexon doesn't know something about these bugs, sorry. 0SH, we try to help us, thats a problem that we have to solve, not Nexon...

In no way, shape or form do we 'support' cheaters. It's a behavior that we discourage and we're actively investigating user reports. As this thread has ceased being productive, /Closed.
