Left over incomplete total annihilation stars should be obtainable by destroying what's left from previous destructions by a different player.
I.e.: #1 got 3 starred with 72% destruction and all defenses down. That remaining 28% and 2 stars is good for the grabs. So, after the initial assault by the first attacker, all defenses are gone and only farms and caravans remaining, as well as any traces of broken/torn down walls and fortresses.
Now here comes to the tricky part
To let the secondary/tertiary attackers have a Quick Victory or not.
