0/0 donation request bug

TinSoldier Any news about when this bug will be fixed? A couple of people in my alliance request and it says 0/0 for available troop spaces instead of, for example, 0/27 or 0/30. No one can donate to them. Other people can request normally- its just a couple people so far. They’ve tried restarting their games many times. One has tried leaving and rejoining the group. Doesnt fix it.

Any info would be appreciated. Cheers.

This is impacting the capability of some our players to attack in wars. We cannot expect them to attack without alliance troops in wars.
Sorry to tag you again, TinSoldier, but, please put in a word to the right teams to get this issue fixed on priority.

Hey, I need help please, I don't even speak english but anyway gonna try. No one can donate me troops in my alliance, it has been 3 days with this issue. I already contact the support but they don't give me any solution. I tried differents "solutions" 1) restart the game (didn't work) 2) restart my iphone (didn't work) 3) leave my alliance and join them again (didn't work). I don't know what else I can do. Thanks

For your info. Our alliance had success with getting around the donation request bug where the request says 0/0. You need to wait till any 0/0 requests have been pushed out of the chat box, get the member to leave and rejoin the alliance. This fixed it for our member who had the problem

TinSoldier I got the same problem - 0/0 - and we tried to spam the chat to get it out - then i left and rejoined the alliance... i tried to look back the chat and scrolled down untill the game crashed... started again and requested troops - but again 0/0... plz fix this - 39 troops less the the opponent is shit and difficult to cope with!!!

The customer service says.."sry to hear that you are facing this problem.we have forwarded it to the technical team.since we can't deal with every query and problem forwarded to us."....Lol...I don't know who is supposed to deal with this problem......I have been playing the game for more than a year,I am really happy that I didn't buy the starter pack for crowns.....I will stop playing now....

I have a guy who tried everything, uninstalling the game, clearing the chat (which is now impossible to do), getting out of the alliance and coming back....nothing works. He is one of our big attackers and now he can't receive troops. Still says 0/0

I tried the clear chat method. Did not work for us. Still shows troop request 0/0. Very frustrating, this new bug and lack of help from customer service. Anyone else have a suggested work-around?

We tried that (wiping old chat with 1000 new messages), but didn't help. TinSoldier please say something

Here's another crazy idea. Perhaps any future ''stability fixes'' should be implemented on a Monday? It's readily apparent that you people test nothing before dumping it on us. So to foist something like this on us on Thursday, then piss off for an entire weekend while leaving the game broken, is unconscionable and completely unprofessional.

There is issue with the challenges too..... previously the challenges used to expire after 24 hrs and hid itself automatically after the expiration......but now even after 24 hrs the challenges remain there only thing is u can't participate in it after expiration of 24 hrs ........If u issue a challenge after 24 hrs period it says u already have one challenge active....blah blah....This whole new chat update is a nightmare....

Hi everyone! The method of the user "nobodyknowsthetrouble" post "1000 msgs" in the chat, it worked for our alliance! Tnx u so much!!!

the recomendations is:
"05-06-2018, 09:44 PM We pushed the 0/0 out of the chat box, too. This action take an hour for 2 players and over 1000 Messages. This fixed the bug without leaving alliance."
