In the Edo Period (1603-1868), Japan enjoyed a long internal peace. The Tokugawa shoguns closed the borders to foreign trade, prohibited Western influences like Christianity, and codified distinctions between the four social classes: samurai, artisans, farmers, and merchants. Following on the turmoil of the Warring States Period, the country experienced an increase in agricultural production and an expansion of commerce and manufacturing. 4-days events are worthless for players in later ages. It's highly probable that these players have all avaible workers busy for all 4 days, as well as library research progressing for more than 4 days. They can't benefit from the event unless they spend crowns to finish current tasks.

It isn't an issue. The 4 day events are weekly on every Thursday starting at 7AM PST and ending on Monday at 7AM PST. If you are smart you would plan in advance for the sale and make sure you have workers ready to go for Thursday. I have never had an issue with not being able to take advantage of a sale and I am in global age.

i think its kinda the reason nexon does it that way to lure you in using crowns to end projects to use them on the even structures

No point doing the vault. Research savings so you can put 8000 oil into it, and that is all you will keep in there. Upgrading it doesn't change the oil amount, so level 1 is pretty much all you need.
