Please response to the player that have the issue about lost village!!!alot of player lost village down level and downgrade building!!thats so frustrating and annoying!!!!dont say to send support ticket or report or complain in game because no response at all!!you send email and report in game? Yes i did?but what i got?nothing!!!!!support team,support ticket,customer service is for support about the issue in game and give informative answer to the player!!they should not called support team if they dont support the player with big issue like this!!!i would be happy if theres fast response from the team..unfortunately its not!!!!
