No idea why the previous post was deleted... probably because it is not good marketing to have a post from a customer who did not get a solution for lost village in 3 months.....


So Tara !!!!!!!!

Already a day has passed and no reply on my mail !!!
Can you please answer my mail ?????

and Im not trolling the forum, but till now, only reply mails got in after posting on the forum, so I guess its the best way to get things going....

please dont let me post here every day for an answer !!!

If you look very very closely you'll see that it is not pinochio.... its a Big Huge Nexon nose, with a customer hanging on for answers !!!!

I have no reply on my mail.
I have no compensation
I still pay way too much for forrest cutting

And I've made it easy for nexon, by dropping the request of giving back my original village, but that was mainly also due to the fact that the description/template Tara gave me, was the current village and not my own. So to prevent further screw-ups lets leave the village for what it is.

So, please give me your definition of resolved, cause I'm freaking curious.....

Wow really is this what you have to do to get a respond. I been trying to reach customer service for a week now with no response through the app. My game name is denukkah.

I joined this site in July. We are now in August and my post still have to get moderated. Whenever I reply to something I don't see it until the next day. What a retarded ass backwards way to run a forum!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the other hand I see members that also joined in July (Elizabeth Jones) that are already trusted by the Rota!!!!! WTF!!

In my opinion.... you've done none of the above, as the fact remains that since my ticket to customer service has been injected, nexon/bhg have done exactly NOTHING AT ALL !!!!

Sounds like a phone call from Nexon is needed, let alone an e-mail.

3 months is about 2 months and 3 weeks longer than I would put up with this. You must have some serious money invested to hang on like this.

With a nexon sausage hanging in front of you and knowing/hoping that crowns gold and food and library upgrades would remain after my village would be restored to what it once was, some holidays in between.... time passes quickly.

I am even convinced that the base I got, was actually somebody else's... so I though : nothing wrong (yet)... if they swap back my village, somebody else will get back his/her, properly maintained...

And the fact that I already had run through the whole medieval once before, I knew how to do it quickly....So, I've currently completely maxed out this medieval village which is not mine, in a couple of hours it will be a gunpowder (started with a classical).

Three weeks ago when Tara contacted me after I posted in this forum, I still was hoping to get my old village back, and it would be fixed, then it got silent again for 3 weeks.

In between they also reported me a "It is resolved" by mail, while NOTHING at all had been done (like mister greatsloth here).

the money invested (starters pack) is already refunded, All I invested is time at this moment, but I like the game and I have the insight how to strategically use the game.

But in the end, I'm still stuck with a corrupted game, forrest cutting cost is too high, and I could have be in the far end of a maxed out gunpowder, if it wasn't for this incredible stupid bug in their game.


In the end, if a customer complaints and a company offers a solution of compensation, they should comply to their promises.

I'm even willing to pay them those 8 bucks of the starters package back, if they would do actually anything, but they (nexon/BHG) are so incredibly dumb...and they do not take their customers seriously AT ALL !

They have put all their time in crippling the game, and cleaning the forum from negative writings, its just simply pathetic......

Time goes by so quickly, but patience is reaching an end.....
