Found a cheater guys

He isn't even being subtle about it either. Yes, there is such thing as customer support. But you realize it takes about 3 weeks for them to respond. :( Any way, this is my first encounter with one of the slimy ones.

I always encounter a bunch of players with high level defense but in the lower age. Too many of them to try to take screenshot and report. I just hit next for the next opponent. It's crazy how many cheaters and hackers in this game. BHG and Nexon are so clueless and incompetent.

It does make you wonder a bit.. BHG and Nexon have access to all of the information on their database so why wouldn't they be able to run some type of analysis to detect anomalies? You would think they would know exactly how many players are in what ages, with what level of structures/walls, how much gold/food/oil earned in game and with how many crowns. They should be able to compare this data to Itune/Google transactions to see if any player is legit. I understand that in this case; there would be a significant amount of data involved but surely it could be broken up into manageable groups.

If we're already to the level of coding involved in creating a video game; then surely someone could handle the relatively basic coding involved in data analysis. I appreciate that they are taking an active approach; finally being responsive to the reporting of cheaters but the whole situation does strike me as a bit odd.

There are two logical extrapolations from your train of thought: First, we haven't already implemented a bunch of things, and continue to work on it, because we don't care; alternatively, we're working on it, but can't catch every person 100% of the time. Hint: it's not the former :)

I can't speak for everyone, but in my eyes, every post of this nature is another encouraging sign to your customer base. Thank you for taking the time to share that with us.

I agree, definitely an encouraging sign. I certainly appreciate this kind of response from a moderator. Majority of players actually like this game and want it to suceed. I visit the forums looking for answers and to share opinions and frustrations. It's difficult to do that via the customer support system.

Thanks! One of the things we are working on moving forward is better community support, and it's good to see that having an effect. On to bigger and better things!

The biggest bug in this game is village swapping, if some are swapped downwards, I can only imagine that some are swapped upwards too. Nexon or the mods like these posts, it makes people think it is not their fault, but hackers and cheaters are at work. Instead it proves the incompetence of the whole team including the mods to recognize their biggest bug...: " COMPLETE SWAPPING OF VILLAGES BETWEEN ACOUNT WHICH IS GOING ON FOR MONTHS, AND I GET THE FEELING THEY CANT FIGURE OUT WHAT CAUSES IT !!!!! " Sorry for shouting but it is what it is....

One of the things that you also need to work on are these two words for customer service..TRANSPARENCY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL..It seems that you guys were just picked randomly without getting any training for customer service.
