Fragment issues in selling artifacts

After the recent King tut's event, i started to see the fragments are reduced while selling any artifacts. I did hard stop and restarted the game, but no luck. Even i uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still the same issue. Is it a known issue or am i getting the issue.

Currently i'm getting like this when selling any artifacts.

1 star = 15 fragments
2 star = 54 fragments

Hi RiseOfNations,

This is a known visual issue. While a hard restart usually corrects the error immediately, you may also need to wait until our server updates. We expect this to be within a few minutes but in some instances it can take longer. Rest assured this is visual only, you have all of the resources you should have!

I'm in central time, still i'm having the same issue. Will it be fixed with next update. Even uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't work

The "Sell for" text never changes and remains wrong; but the fragments are credited after restart. To check, do this: (a) sell stuff. (b) write down your fragment inventory count. (c) restart game. (d) note the number in (b) changed (increased).

Thanks SomeRandomPlayer. The steps you mentioned worked well, i can see the actual fragments of a sold artifact after restarting the game.
